Census 1980 online - July 21, 2010
Census 1980 is now available online. The Census 1980 includes both the Short Form and Long Form data sets. The main advantage to the online version is that it makes the data accessible for those with Windows 7 or other 32 or 64 bit applications which are not supported on this older software version.

Zip+4 2010 provides the area centroid of the 31 million residential zip+4s with latitude/longitude coordinates and assigns the 2000 block, block group, tract, and county identification numbers/FIPS code. 1960 Census - February 18, 2010
The Census 1960 Urban Long Form data file includes 22,871 tracts from the urban parts of the country, 175 SMSAs (Standard Metropolitan Statistical Areas or cities with their surrounding suburbs) and 175 Central Cities without their suburbs. There are 441 demographics for every tract in the country. In addition there are state and county level data about population, race (white and black), births and births per 1,000 people. The data source is the Census Tract Data, 1960: Elizabeth Mullen Bogue File.

Real Estate 2010 - January 29, 2010
Real Estate 2010 can determine if a property is located in a Qualified Census Tract (thus allowing for the Low Income Housing Tax Credit established by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development [HUD]). GeoLytics now has population demographics projected out to the year 2060. Currently, we have the total population counts and population density data projected to 2017, 2020, 2022, 2040, and 2060. The new version (2.0) consists of about 16 million unique zip+4 records, covering about 80% of the occupied housing areas of the US.
